What if my item is received damaged or faulty?
At Mayakiswimwear we maintain a high quality product, and take great care to ensure our product arrives in the highest quality. However if you have any concerns contact us immediately at returns@mayakiswimwear.com and we will review the matter. Your rights for refund or exchange are protected under consumer law.
Do you offer change of mind returns?
We offer full refund on all items within 14 days.
Shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind. Return shipping is at customer’s own expense. Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY for more info.
When will my order arrive?

Mayaki Swimwear is designed in Australia and manufactured in Indonesia.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre orders are for items that are not currently in stock but which are on order.
If you submit a pre order the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as it arrives at our mailing facilities.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you when your order is ready.
When will I be charged for my pre order?
Mayaki will perform a pre authorisation when you place your pre order but you won’t be charged until your order is shipped.
I ordered an item on pre order but its taking to long?
Our items available for pre-order have estimated delivery times.
