Mayaki Swimwear offers free shipping on all orders worldwide! All charges quoted to you are inclusive of Australian goods and services tax (if applicable).  You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or a change in delivery address is requested by You.

General Shipping Overview

All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Parcels sent with AustraliaPost will have a tracking ID that can also be used to track your delivery through your local postal service. For accurate updates please check your local postal service's tracking website once the parcel has arrived in the destination country.

On rare occasion international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, due to this we are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process or by the courier transit time. We ask that customers who require their order more urgently select the Express option upon checkout to ensure faster delivery.

Please consider the shipping address you provide – you should provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as you will need to sign for your package. Mayaki Swimwear cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit as a result of authorising the courier service to leave your parcel unattended should nobody be at the delivery address to sign for it. 

Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Mayaki Swimwear. Prior to placing your order please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – note that regulations and guidelines differ by country.

At Mayaki Swimwear we maintain a high quality product, and take great care to ensure our product arrives in the highest quality. However if you have any concerns contact us immediately at returns@mayakiswimwear.com and we will review the matter. Your rights for refund or exchange are protected under consumer law.

We offer full refund on all items within 14 days.

Shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind. Return shipping is at customer’s own expense. Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY for more info.

Mayaki Swimwear is designed in Australia and manufactured internationally.

Pre orders are for items that are not currently in stock but which are on order.

If you submit a pre order the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as it arrives at our mailing facilities.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you when your order is ready.

Mayaki will perform a pre-authorisation when you place your pre order but you won’t be charged until your order is shipped.

Our items available for pre-order have estimated delivery times.
